“Premier” served as a financial advisor to evaluate “Al-Nasr Glass” in preparation for listing it on the stock exchange

“Premier Financial Consulting” took over the duties of the independent financial advisor to Al-Nasr Glass and Crystal Manufacturing Company to prepare a fair value study, in preparation for offering the latter on the Egyptian Stock Exchange within the government offering program, according to what was revealed by Ahmed Adel, CEO of “Premier Holding” Company.

Adel told Al Borsa that the company is currently competing for a number of assignments for other state-owned companies and is waiting for the results to be decided, in addition to carrying out studies to restructure and equip private sector entities in preparation for listing and offering on the main market.

He added that the current acceleration in the government’s executive steps to revive the IPO program has strengthened the interest of financial institutions in participating in cross-dealing, and has also stimulated many private sector companies to re-examine the option of listing on the stock exchange.

Adel expected that the financial market would witness a boom and a noticeable increase in IPO activity during the years 2027 and 2028, supported by the latest package of reforms and investment incentives aimed at revitalizing the market and attracting new foreign liquidity.

Last April, the Securities Listing Committee of the Egyptian Stock Exchange approved the temporary registration of the shares of “Al-Nasr Glass and Crystal Manufacturing Company” with an issued capital of 100 million pounds, distributed into 10 million shares with a nominal value of 10 pounds per share, to complete the registration and final offering procedures.
