Nile Developments launches 28th floor at Tycoon Tower in New Capital

Nile Developments has announced the launch of the 28th floor at its Tycoon Tower project in Egypt’s New Capital, targeting investors seeking premium real estate opportunities within one of the company’s flagship high-rise developments.

Mohamed Taher, Chairperson of Nile Developments, said the launch forms part of the company’s strategy to introduce differentiated investment products within the project as construction continues to progress.

The company is marketing the offering as a limited investment opportunity, citing the tower’s location, elevation, views and engineering specifications as key factors supporting its investment proposition.

Taher added that Tycoon Tower is being developed using modern high-rise construction technologies and international engineering expertise, reflecting the company’s focus on delivering a project that meets the technical requirements associated with large-scale towers.

“Tycoon Tower is not simply being developed as a conventional real estate tower, but as an integrated project incorporating advanced engineering and construction technologies,” Taher noted.

He further pointed out that construction work has reached a pace of approximately one floor every seven days. According to the company, the tower has reached a record height for a privately developed building in Egypt.

Tycoon Tower is part of Nile Developments’ broader portfolio in the New Capital, which also includes Nile Business City, a multi-tower mixed-use development.

The company said its strategy focuses on expanding its presence in integrated investment and mixed-use developments, with an emphasis on projects combining commercial, administrative and other real estate uses.

The latest offering reflects growing competition among developers in the New Capital to introduce specialised investment products targeting different investor segments, particularly as construction progress and infrastructure development continue to shape the market for high-rise projects in the new city.
