EXID Egypt opens its first exhibition hall in Alexandria as part of its plan to expand in the governorates of the Republic

EXID Egypt announced the opening of the brand’s first showroom in Alexandria Governorate, in a move that reflects its commitment to expanding the Egyptian market and reaching customers in different governorates, as part of a strategy aimed at strengthening the network of showrooms and service centers according to the latest international standards.

The new showroom is located at 14/15 Mahmoud Avenue, in front of Hadaek Antoniades, Semouha, Alexandria, and is the first showroom for the brand in the governorate, where it was designed according to the international standards of Oxid to provide an integrated experience that combines modern design, modern technology, and specialized consulting services.

The hall includes all models of Exide available in the Egyptian market, allowing customers to get to know the entire collection of the brand and explore its features such as modern designs, smart technologies, and advanced safety systems, as well as get expert advice to choose the model that best suits their needs.

The opening of the showroom represents a strategic step within the plan of Exit Egypt to expand outside of Greater Cairo, through the opening of more showrooms and authorized service centers in various governorates, to ensure a unified and unique experience for customers throughout the Republic.

Yehiya Abdel-Qadoos, general manager of Exide Egypt, said: “We don’t look at the opening of a new showroom as just a geographic expansion, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers. Our goal is to start the Exide experience from the first moment the customer enters the showroom, through an environment that reflects the brand’s values, a professional team, and services that meet the expectations of our customers.”

He added: “Alexandria represents a promising market with economic weight and a large base of customers looking for quality and innovation, so it was a key stop in our expansion plan, and we look forward to this hall being the beginning of a series of new openings in different provinces.”

On his part, said Yasir Saleh, CEO of Natco / Exide Egypt: “We are committed to establishing Exide’s position in Egypt as a brand that offers an integrated experience that goes beyond the car itself, through a strong network of showrooms and service centers that meet the highest international standards and provide a consistent level of quality and attention to customers.”

He added: “It represents the opening of the first showroom in Alexandria, a new station in the path of exit in the Egyptian market, and it reflects our confidence in the potential of this market. We will continue to invest in expanding our network of partners, strengthening our after-sales services, and providing the latest technologies to our customers.”

This opening confirms EXID Egypt’s commitment to continue investing in the development of its business network and services, which will strengthen the presence of the brand in the Egyptian market and strengthen its position among the leading luxury brands, through the combination of advanced technology, sophisticated design, and exceptional customer experience.
