BYD continues its growth in Egypt and opens a new technological center in Alexandria – Dos Benzin

BYD announced the opening of its new technology center in the city of Alexandria, inside the New Downtown Mall, in a move that reflects its commitment to expanding its presence in the Egyptian market and getting closer to its customers, as part of its plan to strengthen the network of its technology centers and provide its services in various governorates.

The new center is an addition to the network of BYD centers in Egypt, which also includes the Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo centers, allowing customers to have a more convenient experience, whether by learning about the latest models of the company or getting advice according to the highest quality standards.

The opening of the Alexandria center comes as part of the company’s expansion strategy to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian market, through the expansion of points of sale and after-sales services, which contributes to meeting the growing demand for BYD cars and bringing its services closer to customers in Alexandria and neighboring governorates.

The company continues to record strong growth rates in the local market, after launching 8 new models in 146 days, in a step that reflects the speed of development and its keenness to provide a variety of options to meet the needs of different segments of customers.

The new technological center accepts customers from Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while business hours extend from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The company also provides maintenance services to its customers through a trusted central service; The first one is at Al-Mashir Tantawi – Fuel Up station in New Cairo, and the second one is at Kilo 28 on the Cairo – Al-Askandriya Al-Sahrawi city in the city of Abu Rawash in the governorate of Al-Giza.

The opening of the new center reflects BYD’s desire to continue investing in the development of customer experience, by providing an integrated environment that enables customers to learn about the company’s latest technologies and benefit from its services according to the highest quality standards, in line with the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle market in Egypt.
