While these vehicles utilise different operating technologies than traditional engines, they still require specialised fluids for daily operation and long-term maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>The companies said the collaboration enables SLE to apply its global expertise to advanced passenger car technologies, providing Egyptian consumers with products that meet evolving vehicle requirements based on quality and performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis partnership brings together Shell\u2019s global expertise in lubricants and BYD\u2019s leadership in new energy vehicles,\u201d Eng. Haytham Yehia, Cluster General Manager for the Middle East, Egypt and Central Asia of Shell Lubricants, and Chairman and CEO of Shell Lubricants Egypt, said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is particularly significant for us as it represents a further expansion of Shell Lubricants Egypt\u2019s business in this promising segment and a commitment to meeting the needs of BYD vehicles in Egypt.
