Under the agreement, Mona becomes a partner in M squared and takes on its management as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 November 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mona brings 25 years of experience across real estate and investment banking. Before her new tenure, she served for five and a half years as Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Earlier, she was Chief Commercial Officer at Palm Hills Developments.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership aligns M squared\u2019s leadership with its shareholders around a long-term growth plan. Mona will lead the company\u2019s strategy, project delivery and expansion, with a mandate to build M squared into one of the region\u2019s leading real estate developers over the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, Managing Partner of Intro Holding, said: \u201cIntro Holding has strong confidence in the Egyptian economy and in the resilience and long-term potential of its real estate sector.
