The partnership combines UAE expertise in construction and project execution with local knowledge of the Egyptian market.<\/p>\n<p>Al Marzouqi said Arclyn\u2019s establishment in Egypt reflects the UAE side\u2019s confidence in the country\u2019s real estate market and its long-term investment potential. He added that the company is working to establish partnerships with specialised companies in project management and other development-related activities.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Prince said the company\u2019s strategy is focused on developing projects backed by strong financial and execution capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that a significant portion of the land value for the company\u2019s first project has already been paid.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s initial projects will be located in the New Administrative Capital, with the first phase comprising three developments.<\/p>\n<p>Arclyn also plans to assess investment opportunities in East and West Cairo, as well as other strategic locations.<\/p>\n<p>Its first project, Metrova, is a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and hotel development in the MU23 area. The company said it has paid more than 80% of the project\u2019s land value and is preparing to announce further details.<\/p>\n<p>Arclyn has signed agreements with several operators and service providers for Metrova. Regus will support the administrative component, while Commerca will focus on attracting commercial brands.
