According to the company, 12% of the land will be allocated to the building footprint, while the remaining 88% will comprise green areas and open spaces. The planned residential density is four villas per feddan.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed Amin Massoud, CEO of Murtaqa Developments, said that the project forms part of the company\u2019s strategy to develop integrated residential communities based on location, planning quality, lower building density, and expanded green areas.<\/p>\n<p>He added that construction works had already begun in cooperation with consultants and specialised companies, as the company seeks to advance implementation in line with its development plan.<\/p>\n<p>Cairo Governor Ibrahim Saber attended a ceremony to sign cooperation agreements with the project\u2019s development partners.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, he reviewed the project\u2019s master plan, design, services, and planned components. The ceremony was also attended by MP Amin Massoud, First Deputy Chairperson of the House of Representatives\u2019 Housing Committee, as well as company executives, consultants, and project partners.<\/p>\n<p>Murtaqa is expected to announce the launch of the project\u2019s commercial area in the coming period. The area is planned to provide retail and service activities for residents.<\/p>\n<p>The project\u2019s development structure includes several specialised partners. Vodafone Egypt will act as the technology partner, while El Sewedy Plug will provide electric vehicle charging stations as part of the project\u2019s sustainable mobility solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Inversion, led by Mohamed Diab and Kamel Ibrahim, will provide development consultancy and project management services, including support for feasibility studies, development and design programmes, and monitoring of implementation stages.<\/p>\n<p>Azure Architects, led by Omar Okeil, will serve as the main architectural and landscape consultant, responsible for the master plan and architectural design. MCG, headed by Mohamed Massoud, will oversee engineering supervision and monitor construction works.<\/p>\n<p>GSCE, led by Mohamed Taha, will provide specialised soil and foundation consultancy, including site soil studies, technical assessments, and recommendations related to foundation works.<\/p>\n<p>Eltizam, led by Mohamed Essam, has been assigned responsibility for project management and operations, while Devcon, led by Mohamed Zidan, will serve as the main contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Murtaqa Developments, part of Al Ashraaf Group, said that the partnership structure was designed to assign specialised roles across the project\u2019s planning, design, construction, operation, and management phases.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Murtaqa Developments is preparing to announce a new residential project on a net area of 210 feddans along the Ismailia Road, adjacent to Misr International University (MIU), the company said.
