The world is truly at a historic turning point\u2014I am not trying to scare you,\u201d he stressed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Adib questioned how this rise would impact fuel prices in Egypt, asking, \u201cThere is an issue with oil prices\u2014what will happen, and what should we do?
