Three months into the full deployment of its digital transformation and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system, the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN), led by Eng. Ayman Arab, has achieved significant milestones in curbing paper dependence and transitioning to an integrated, sustainable digital work environment.<\/p>\n
Rolled out on May 18 to coincide with the 63rd anniversary of Cairo International Airport’s inauguration, the initiative is designed to embed a “paperless office” culture while upgrading operational workflows in line with modern digital standards.<\/p>\n
Measurable Efficiency and Resource Conservation<\/strong><\/p>\n During its initial three-month phase, the system processed 5,010 electronic transactions, correspondences, and automated workflows\u2014spanning document creation, review, approvals, and digital archiving.
