This serves as a renewed affirmation of its leading position in the Egyptian banking sector and its excellence in providing innovative and diverse banking solutions that meet the needs of various customer segments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\"><strong>In the field of digital banking, the bank won the &#8220;Best Digital Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; award from Global Banking &amp; Finance Review, in recognition of its continuous investments in developing digital solutions and enhancing the efficiency of its electronic services. Through these investments, the bank caters to the rapid shift toward digital banking by expanding the scope of its online and mobile banking services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><strong>In the retail banking sector, the bank received the &#8220;Best Retail Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; award from both Global Banking &amp; Finance Review and Capital Finance International (CFI), confirming its success in expanding its customer base and boosting the competitiveness of its retail banking services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><strong>This performance is reflected in the robust growth of customer deposits, which rose to EGP 879 billion by the end of March 2026, achieving a 13% growth compared to the end of 2025. This was driven by the continuous expansion in offering diverse savings and financing solutions that cater to the needs of broad customer segments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>On the corporate and large enterprise banking level, the bank won two awards: &#8220;Best Corporate Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; and &#8220;Best Trade Finance Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; from Global Banking &amp; Finance Review. This reflects the bank&#8217;s strength in supporting major corporations and providing comprehensive financing solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><strong>This role translates into a continuous expansion in financing economic and productive activities, as the loans and facilities portfolio increased to EGP 498 billion, an increase of EGP 31 billion and a growth rate of 7% compared to December 2025. This growth underscores the bank&#8217;s pivotal role in corporate financing and supporting trade and investment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><strong>As part of its ongoing support for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, the bank garnered five prominent awards. These included the &#8220;Best SME Bank in Egypt&#8221; from Global Banking &amp; Finance Review, Capital Finance International, and The Digital Banker.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><strong>It also received the &#8220;Fastest Growing SME Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; award from International Finance Magazine, alongside the &#8220;Best Non-Banking Services Initiative for SMEs in North Africa&#8221; award from The Digital Banker.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><strong>These awards reflect the bank&#8217;s commitment to providing an integrated ecosystem to support the growth of this vital sector through innovative financial and non-financial solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><strong>The bank further solidified its leadership in treasury operations by winning the &#8220;Best Treasury Services Bank in Egypt 2026&#8221; from Global Banking &amp; Finance Review, reflecting the strength of its financial position and the efficiency of its liquidity management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>Total assets rose to EGP 1.044 trillion by the end of March 2026, marking a 12% growth, while maintaining a strong capital adequacy ratio of 24.6%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><strong>In the realm of customer experience, the bank won the &#8220;Excellence in Customer Experience in Egypt 2026&#8221; award from International Finance Magazine, demonstrating the success of its customer-centric strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\"><strong>This recognition confirms the success of its integrated approach, based on its belief in being &#8220;more than just a bank,&#8221; achieved by developing products and services and enhancing the customer journey, supported by a network of 239 branches covering various parts of the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><strong>Commenting on these achievements, Mohamed Khairat, Assistant CEO and CEO of Business Sectors at QNB Egypt, said: &#8220;These awards reflect the level of trust the bank enjoys from its customers and partners. They also confirm the success of our institutional approach in delivering tangible results across various business sectors.
